1 1/2 C Strawberries, fresh and halved
1 Tbsp Bob’s Red Mill – Chia seeds
1/2 C Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
Chia seeds are great for added fiber but not necessary for the taste
Blend all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or bullet style smoothy machine.
